Preparation
Boil the potatoes in 1 liter and a half of water, for approximately 45 minutes or until they are soft.
Once cooked, drain them and wait for them to cool a bit and then peel them. Place the potatoes in a sturdy bowl and begin to crush the potatoes until they form a puree.
Once the puree is done, add the salt, the egg, the tablespoon of flour and the breadcrumbs. Mix gently until the ingredients are incorporated and add the tuna.
Place some ground bread on a plate. With a soup spoon take a bit of the potato mixture, form balls and flatten them a bit.
Pass them through the ground bread and fry in hot oil. Once they are golden brown, place them on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
