Soft potato pancakes with breaded tuna. A delight to eat at home with a fresh salad to taste. You can accompany them with a salsita or with a few drops of lemon. Mmm delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground bread
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 egg
  • to taste salt
  • enough oil, to fry
  • 1 cup ground bread, to bread

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in 1 liter and a half of water, for approximately 45 minutes or until they are soft.
Once cooked, drain them and wait for them to cool a bit and then peel them. Place the potatoes in a sturdy bowl and begin to crush the potatoes until they form a puree.
Once the puree is done, add the salt, the egg, the tablespoon of flour and the breadcrumbs. Mix gently until the ingredients are incorporated and add the tuna.
Place some ground bread on a plate. With a soup spoon take a bit of the potato mixture, form balls and flatten them a bit.
Pass them through the ground bread and fry in hot oil. Once they are golden brown, place them on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.

PRESENTATION

They can be accompanied with salad, garnish or any sauce of your choice.

TIPS

Spread a little oil on your hands at the time of making the pancakes, so that the mixture does not stick to you. You can add some kind of your preference if you wish.
