Coditos with Chipotle Tuna

You want a fast and economical meal for all your family, prepare these coditos with tuna in a creamy sauce of chipotle peppers marinated with cream cheese, manchego, asadero and yellow cheese. A good choice as a main course or garnish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pasta of coditos #4
  • 3 cups of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1/4 of Cup of sour cream for the sauce
  • 3/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise for the sauce
  • 2 cloves of Garlic for the sauce
  • 1/4 of piece of onion for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of marinated chipotle chile for the sauce
  • 1 piece of guajillo chile clean and hydrated in hot water, for the sauce
  • 1/4 of piece of cream cheese (47. 5 g) for the sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups of canned tuna drained
  • 1/4 of Cup of tomato puree natural
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese grated
  • 1 Cup of Asadero cheese grated
  • 1 Cup of cheddar cheese yellow
  • to taste of fresh oregano Cool, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Cook the coditos in a pot with boiling water and salt according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve.
    For the sauce, blend the cream with mayonnaise, garlic, onion, chipotles, guajillo chili and cream cheese. Reserve.
    Heat a deep pot over medium heat with the butter, cook the garlic, onion, tuna and tomato puree, add the sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Add half of the cheeses and cook until they melt, add the coditos and mix, season with salt and pepper.
    Pour the preparation into a baking dish, cover the mold with the rest of the cheeses.
    Gratin in the oven until the cheeses are melted, remove from the oven and decorate with oregano.
    Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with a bit of finely chopped cilantro.

    TIPS

    Add a little oil to the coditos when you strain them so they do not stick between them.
