Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 spoonfuls of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic finely chopped
  • 4 spoonfuls of nut finely chopped
  • 4 spoonfuls of capers
  • 8 envelopes of Blue® marine tuna with dehydrated tomato in olive oil (74 gc / u) for the filling
  • 2 envelopes of Marina Azul® tuna in olive oil (74 gc / u) for the filling
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan grated
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh oregano
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of onion finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 cloves of Garlic finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 4 pieces of tomato poached and chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 branches of basil for the sauce
  • to taste of salt and pepper for the sauce
  • 1/3 of Cup of White wine for the sauce
  • 12 pieces of cannelloni
  • 1 Cup of mozzarella cheese to grill

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a pan heat the olive oil and cook the onion with the garlic, the nuts, the capers, the Blue Marine Tuna®.
    Add the Parmesan cheese and oregano, cook for 2 more minutes. Reservation.
    For the sauce, heat the olive oil, onion, garlic, tomatoes, basil in a saucepan, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes, add the white wine and let it reduce for 3 more minutes. Reservation.
    Fill the cannelloni with the tuna stuffing, place on a refractory, bathe with the sauce, add the mozzarella cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until the cannelloni are cooked.
    Serve with baguette and salad.

    PRESENTATION

    On an extended plate, decorated with leaves of fresh basil, accompanied by a glass of white wine.

    TIPS

    It uses sauvignon blanc that has a dry, fresh, mild flavor, and will help to highlight the flavor of the sauce and balance the tuna flavors.
