This recipe of spaghetti with tuna in spicy tomato sauce is something very easy to prepare with little planning since it uses many of the ingredients you usually have in your home, such as pasta and tuna. It has touches of dried chili, basil and white wine that give it a spectacular flavor. Do not hesitate to try it.

Preparation
Put water to boil in a large pot with a little salt.
Mash the tomatoes in a blender or food processor and reserve.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the garlic, and dry chili. Cook until the garlic is cooked, a couple of minutes.
Turn the heat to high and add the wine. Cook until the half is evaporated and add the pureed tomatoes. Season with 3/4 teaspoon of salt and continue cooking until the sauce thickens a little (about 8 minutes). Remove from heat and reserve.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Add the cooked pasta with the tuna to the saucepan and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Add the basil and chopped olives.
Serves hot
