Preparation
Season the onion and garlic in olive oil, add the drained tuna, the pepper and parsley, set aside.
In a tray with Teflon put a bit of mashed potatoes (I try to make it in the form of fish) spread with mayonnaise, then place a bit of the previous preparation on top. Then put another layer of potatoes and spread again with mayonnaise.
Bake approximately 10 or 15 minutes at 180 ° C depending on the oven.
Put a layer of stewed tuna on top, transfer it to the tray where it will be served.
