Ingredients: 1 sandwich bread, of 16 pieces; 1 can canned tuna in water; 300 grams Manchego cheese, in slices; 1 tablespoon parsley; 1/4 cups onion, chopped; salt, and pepper to taste; 1 cup white wine; 6 tablespoons blackberry jam; 1/2 cups sugar; 1 tomato, in small cubes (optional); 1 avocado, in small cubes (optional)

Trim the edges of the sandwich bread. Roll out the bread with a rolling pin until it forms a thin layer. If you want longer rolls, you can join two layers of bread with a little water and roll again. Drain the tuna from the can thoroughly and mix it with the onion and parsley (if you like, you can also use avocado and tomato); season with salt and pepper to taste.
