Carrot, Mango and Dehydrated Pear Puree

Feed your baby this delicious puree of carrot, mango and dried pear. It is a very easy and quick recipe to make. It has a rich sweet taste and it also provides you with the vitamins and minerals you need to grow healthy.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 cups dehydrated pear

Preparation

Clean and disinfect the carrot. Peel it and cut it into cubes. Bring water to a boil with a little salt and cook the carrots until they are very soft. Drain the water and place the carrots in a blender glass.
Cook the dehydrated pear in boiling water until smooth. Drain the water and put it in the blender. Add the mango pulp, blend until all the ingredients are integrated.
Let cool and serve. You can keep the puree up to 3 days in the refrigerator and well covered.

TIPS

You can replace the dehydrated pear with dehydrated peach.
