The carrot porridge with yucca is full of fiber, which helps your baby to have an adequate digestion. It also contains a good portion of carotenes, which are excellent to reduce the chances of acquiring certain cancers, in addition to a good amount of omega-3.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/2 Cup of Yucca
  • 1 piece of carrot
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water
  • 1 Cup of almond milk

    Preparation

    Wash, disinfect and peel carrots and cassava. Cut them in medium cubes.
    Add 200 ml of water to the vaporizer (up to the line) of the Evenflo Advance®. Place the base of the vaporizer. Add the sweet potato and the carrot in cubes. Close the vaporizer lid and press the "steam" button. Allow them to cook for 15 minutes.
    Transfer the cassava and carrot to the blender container of the Evenflo Advance®, add the almond milk. Cover it with the base of the blades. Place the container of the blender and turn it in the sense of the hands of the clock. Press the blender's power button, grind the porridge for 30 seconds or until smooth.

    PRESENTATION

    Place the porridge in a container.

    TIPS

    Cut the sweet potato and the carrot into small squares so they cook more quickly.
