Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 potato
  • 1 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Wrap the potato with plastic wrap and microwave on full power for 5 minutes. The plastic allows to conserve the humidity of the potato making it soft and easy to handle.
Remove from the microwave, let cool and remove the plastic. Peel and chop very finely.
Add the yogurt and a drizzle of olive oil.
