For the patties, in a bowl mix the onion, California Bits Eva®, oats, garlic powder, cumin, egg, cilantro, salt, and pepper until fully combined. Using your hands, form patties until the mixture is finished. Set aside. In a skillet with oil, cook the patties over medium heat, drain to remove excess fat. Set aside.
