A nutritious smoothie accompanied by an appetizing cake and a small detail as a dessert, prepare this delicious smoothie and fill them with vitamins.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2/3 of glass of orange juice
  • 1/4 of apple
  • 1/2 slice of cantaloupe

  • 1 tablespoon of light cream
  • 1 slice of Turkey ham
  • 1 slice of potato cut into squares
  • 1/2 slice of pineapple
  • 1 slice of Panela cheese diced
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 2 taffy candies

    Preparation

    Blend orange juice, apple with peel, melon and cranberry (no sugar). Put it in its well-covered plastic bottle.
