Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2/3 glasses orange juice
  • 1/4 apples
  • 1/2 slices cantaloupe
  • 1 fist cranberry
  • Mexican french bread rolls, cut in half, without crumb
  • 1 tablespoon light cream
  • 1 slice Turkey ham
  • 1 slice potato, cut into squares
  • 1/2 slices pineapple
  • 1 slice panela cheese, diced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 taffy candies

Preparation

Blend orange juice, apple with peel, melon and cranberry (no sugar). Put it in its well-covered plastic bottle.
