This recipe for roast strip can not be missing in your next barbecue. The roast of strip or strip of rib is a delicious and typical cut of Argentina, but this homemade version will be like transporting you there. Vegetables and balsamic glaze perfectly accompany the cut and give it an even richer and deeper flavor.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 500 grams of short ribs or Amara pork rib
  • 4 grams of five Chinese spices powdered
  • 2 grams of Kosher salt
  • 1 piece of Red bell pepper large, cut into strips 2 cm wide
  • 1 piece of green bell pepper large, cut into strips 2 cm wide
  • 1 piece of zucchini Italian, thinly sliced
  • 1 piece of onion In rooms
  • 4 pieces of mushroom medium
  • 1 piece of apple
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of Dried oregano shredded
  • 50 milliliters of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 grams of sea ​​salt
  • 4 grams of black pepper freshly ground

    Preparation

    Cover the pork with the spices an hour before cooking and season to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper before taking it to the grill.
    Preheat the grill. Spray the racks with some nonstick spray oil.
    In a large bowl, mix the peppers, zucchini, onion, mushrooms and apple into wedges. Add the oil and oregano, and stir until completely covered.
    Place the vegetables on the rack and roast them until they are somewhat crispy and with golden dots, 6 to 8 minutes. Turn them over and let them cook well.
    Place the meat on the same grill and cook for 7 minutes per side, or at the desired term.
    Mix the balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl and varnish the vegetables with this. Serve hot.

    TIPS

    To make the powder of five Chinese spices, grind equal amounts of cinnamon, fennel seeds, cloves, anise and Schezuan pepper.
