Aguachile of Palmito and Mushrooms

This is an excellent alternative and vegetarian option to enjoy a delicious aguachile, since the shrimp is replaced with palm hearts and mushrooms. It is excellent because it has a lot of flavor and is also low in fat and perfect to take care of yourself.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams palmetto
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 1/2 cups mushroom
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 red onions
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste serrano pepper
  • 3/4 cups fresh coriander
  • to taste avocado

Preparation

Cut the palmito into slices.
Part along the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut into slices. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
Split the onion into thin strips. Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
Blend lemon juice, cilantro, salt and pepper.
Add to the mixture and marinate for 15 minutes.
Decorate with avocado and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with toast.

En el número 4 hay que licuar también el chile serrano queda muy rico
