4 portions
  • 2 cups cranberry , cool
  • 1 cup blackberry, fresh
  • 1 cup sugar, of unrefined cane
  • 1/2 cups raspberry liqueur
  • 1 cup Philadelphia® cream cheese, smoothing
  • 2 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups bee honey
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 8 flour tortillas, large (those used in burritos)
  • canola oil
  • 4 rose petals, organic pink soft to decorate

To prepare the fruit sauce: Place a medium casserole on the stove over medium low heat and add all the ingredients.
Cook for 30 minutes and cover until ready to serve.
The sauce should be warm for when you serve the blintzes.
To prepare the filling: Add the cream cheese in a medium bowl and soften using a balloon whisk; To make this process easier, leave the cream cheese at room temperature for a few hours and beat.
Then add the ricotta cheese and the rest of the ingredients until they are all well incorporated and you have a cream of soft consistency.
To make the blintzes: Heat the flour tortillas a little so you can make the wrappers easily and avoid tortillas from breaking.
Place the warm tortilla on a flat surface and add 1 or 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of the tortilla, then fold as if you were making a burrito.
In a pan over medium heat add canola oil and fry the plintzes one by one on both sides.
Place two portions on a plate and dip in the blueberry and blackberry sauce.
This dish is served hot or warm.

Ana Muy fácil receta, yo utilicé crepas en lugar de tortillas de harina y quedaron excelentes.
