Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Oliva, extra virgin olive oil in spray
  • 6 poblano peppers
  • 300 grams pinto beans, thickened with water and shot by PAM
  • 200 grams panela cheese, grated
  • 100 milliliters cream, reduced in fat
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 500 grams tomato puree
  • 1/3 onions
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Roast chiles directly in the flame and put them in a plastic bag to sweat for about 10 minutes, clean and peel them; so that there are gaps to fill.
Spray a pan with 2 shots of PAM® Olive and cook the onion, garlic, as they are soft add the bay beans and salt and pepper.

PRESENTATION

Fill chilies with beans and cheese, serve bathed in tomato puree cheese and cream.

TIPS

If you have a little more time, you can substitute the tomato puree for a sauce prepared by you, liquefying tomato, onion, a little water and a little cote of chicken powder consommé.
