Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 1/2 liters of Water
  • 3 Serrano cpeppers finely chopped
  • 1 branch of epazote
  • 3 zucchini chopped in cubes
  • 1 onion split into slices
  • 1 clove of garlic Crushed
  • 1 Cup of soy semolina cooked and drained.
  • 1 ulna of chicken consommé
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 green lemon to taste

Preparation

In a pot, boil liter and a half of water.
In a bowl, dissolve the salt and the broth in a little water.
Once dissolved, add them to the rest of the water.
Simmer, add chiles, pumpkins, onion, garlic, epazote and soy semolina
Let it boil for 30 minutes.
Serve hot and accompany with lemon juice.
