Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 1/2 liters Water
  • 3 serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 branch epazote
  • 3 zucchini, chopped in cubes
  • 1 onion, split into slices
  • 1 clove garlic, Crushed
  • 1 cup soy semolina, cooked and drained.
  • 1 ulna chicken consommé
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 lemon, to taste

Preparation

In a pot, boil liter and a half of water.
In a bowl, dissolve the salt and the broth in a little water.
Once dissolved, add them to the rest of the water.
Simmer, add chiles, pumpkins, onion, garlic, epazote and soy semolina
Let it boil for 30 minutes.
Serve hot and accompany with lemon juice.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with an epazote branch.

TIPS

It is necessary to squeeze the soy well so that the flavor of the stew is more concentrated. It is served with lemon to taste.
