Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 1/2 liters of Water
  • 3 pieces of serrano pepper finely chopped
  • 1 branch of epazote
  • 3 pieces of zucchini chopped in cubes

  • 1 clove of garlic Crushed
  • 1 Cup of soy semolina cooked and drained.
  • 1 ulna of chicken consommé
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 piece of green lemon to taste

    Preparation

    In a pot, boil liter and a half of water.

    Simmer, add chiles, pumpkins, onion, garlic, epazote and soy semolina
    Let it boil for 30 minutes.
    Serve hot and accompany with lemon juice.
