Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 cups almond
  • 1/2 cups walnut
  • 1/4 cups almond milk
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut the carrots into sticks, cut the peppers into strips and reserve.
In a blender, blend the almond, walnut and almond milk.
Serve a little dip in a maison and add the vegetables.
