Prepare this fresh melon smoothie with yellow lemon, watermelon and a touch of ginger sweetened with honey and a little chia to make it more nutritious. A good option for a mid-morning snack or a good source of energy to start your mornings.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups melon, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups watermelon, cut into cubes
  • 2 yellow lemons, just the juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 2 tablespoons bee honey
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • ice
  • 1/2 cups melon, in pearls
  • 1/2 cups watermelon, in pearls

Preparation

Blend the melon, watermelon, yellow lemon juice, chia, honey and ginger with the ice until you get a homogeneous mixture. Booking.
Make 4 skewers of melon and watermelon pearls, interspersing the fruits.
Serve the smoothie in the glasses and decorate with the skewers.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass with ice.
