Prepare this fresh melon smoothie with yellow lemon, watermelon and a touch of ginger sweetened with honey and a little chia to make it more nutritious. A good snack option at mid-morning or good source of energy to start your mornings.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups cantaloupe, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups watermelon, cut into cubes
  • 2 yellow lemons, just the juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia
  • 2 tablespoons bee honey
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • enough ice
  • 1/2 cups cantaloupe, in pearls
  • 1/2 cups watermelon, in pearls
  • 4 wooden sticks

Preparation

Blend melon, watermelon, yellow lemon juice, chia, honey and ginger with ice to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Reservation.
Weapon 4 brochettes of melon and watermelon pearls, interspersing the fruits.
Serve the smoothie in the glasses and decorate with the skewers.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass with ice cubes.
