  • 3/4 cups San Juan® Egg White
  • 5 slices salami
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 5 leaves spinach
  • 10 milliliters oil
  • 10 grams salt
  • 5 grams ground pepper

Preparation

Sprinkle egg whites and whisk. Cut the cherry in half.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the egg whites, brown at medium temperature and before finishing add the salami, cherry and spinach. Finish the cooking and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a small board and accompany with potatoes.

Esta buenísima, pero hay que fijarse bien en la cantidad de claras que ponemos para que no quede gruesa porque queda blanda si no.
