Rich, healthy recipe to make breakfast or even dinner. Egg whites beaten with spinach, dehydrated tomato and basil; a unique and perfect blend of flavors that in each bite will make you savor a bit of Mediterranean cuisine.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 12 egg whites
  • 400 grams of spinach fresh chopped
  • 200 grams of dehydrated tomato chopped
  • 8 leaves of basil
  • to taste of black pepper to taste
  • enough of olive oil

    Preparation

    In a deep bowl beat egg whites seasoned with salt and pepper with a balloon whisk.
    In a small skillet (for 1 serving) or a large skillet (for the 4 servings) add a little olive oil and brown the spinach until well cooked.
    Add the dehydrated tomato and cook until it begins to burp the egg, with a spatula turn and cook for 1 minute more.
    Serve the omelets either in individual portions or if you used a large pan cut the large omelet in 4.

    PRESENTATION

    At the time of serving add some fresh basil leaves.
