Ingredients

4 servings
  • 200 grams of Red Bean Legumes La Asturiana® *
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 glass of Red wine Great Vineyard® *
  • 6 spoonfuls of olive oil Sierra de Gata® *
  • Salt Foam of Sea® *

Preparation

Wash the red beans and soak them the night before.
Cut the vegetables into small squares and sauté them in a casserole with a little olive oil.
When they begin to brown, add the red wine, sauté the whole and add the beans with the soaking water.
Cook the mixture over medium heat, for 3 hours in a normal pan and for 1 hour in a pressure cooker. At this time, and due to the heat, all the alcohol in the wine will evaporate.
We put the beans to salt and serve them after 30 minutes.
