Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/2 Cup of kale
  • 11/2 of Cup of coconut water
  • 1/4 of piece of banana ripe, frozen
  • 1 piece of green apple
  • 1 teaspoonful of cocoa powder to mix and decorate
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence

    Preparation

    Add the kale, water, banana, green apple, cocoa powder and vanilla essence to the blender. Blend perfectly well until you get a smooth shake.
    Serve in a glass with a little sprinkled cocoa. Enjoy
