Delicious incredibly healthy banana-based smoothie that gives you the perfect creamy to tempt with a touch of kale, the green apple, vanilla and cocoa powder. It is very refreshing and nutritious.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups kale
  • 11/2 cups coconut water
  • 1/4 bananas, ripe, frozen
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, to mix and decorate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

Add the kale, water, banana, green apple, cocoa powder and vanilla essence to the blender. Blend perfectly well until you get a smooth shake.
Serve in a glass with a little sprinkled cocoa. Enjoy

Serve the smoothie in a glass and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
