Tabule or tabbouleh is a salad of Arab origin that is delicious, as well as being a very refreshing dish.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cups peppermint
  • 1/2 cups couscous
  • 1 onion, little
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 lemons, get the juice
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • salt

Preparation

The couscous should be soaked in salted water so that it has the right flavor before mixing it with all the other ingredients. Once the salt has been absorbed, the excess water is drained.
On the other hand, the parsley and mint leaves are finely cut. The onion and the tomatoes are cut into small pieces.
Collect all the ingredients, including the couscous in a bowl or salad bowl, add the lemon juice, olive oil and salt to taste.

TIPS

It is left in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

qué rico Ya lo había probado en casa de una amiga y me gustó mucho, que bueno que encontré la receta. Aquí: http://www.1001consejos.com/comidas-saludables/ encontré otras recetas igual de saludables que ésta, puedo recomendarles la ensalada de pera y el sandwich de aguacate, ya las he hecho y quedan muy ricas.
