Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 2/3 cups cocoa
  • 1/8 cups olive oil
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cups monk fruit, (fruit of the monk)
  • 1/3 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chip, vegan, vegan sour chocolate, bite-sized

Preparation

In a bowl mix the almond flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Booking.
With the help of a blender, mix the olive oil, avocado and monk fruit until you have a creamy mixture for 3 minutes, add the vanilla.
Add half of the flour mixture and the milk, mix for 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the flour, the sprinkles and form a dough. Form balls of approximately 2 cm. Place on a tray with waxed paper and flatten with the help of your hand.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes on a rack. Serve on an extended plate and accompany your favorite drink.
