Zucchini Noodles with Chicken

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/8 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts, skinless and cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 packages Clam of Zucchini Eva® Noodles, (300g each )
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 teaspoons parmesan cheese, to serve
  • to taste fresh oregano, to granish

Preparation

For the sauce, blend the whipping cream with the onion, garlic, milk, cream cheese, salt and pepper until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
In a pan over medium heat cook the chicken previously seasoned with olive oil and butter until golden brown. Add the Zucchini Eva® Noodles, season and cook for 1 minute.
Add the sauce, let it boil and add the Manchego cheese, Parmesan cheese and oregano. Cook until the noodles are cooked and the sauce thickens. Rectify seasoning.
Serve immediately, served with parmesan cheese and fresh oregano.

PRESENTATION

On a deep plate served with Parmesan cheese.

TIPS

Do not overcook the Noodles of Zucchini Eva®, to prevent them from getting soggy.
