Preheat the oven to 200° C. On a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, arrange the bacon slices to cover the entire surface. Place the flank steak on top, ensuring there are no gaps between them. Fill with the bell pepper, onion, poblano pepper, and Oaxaca cheese, season to taste with Sal de Mar Sal Sol® and pepper, roll to form a roll, wrapping it well with aluminum foil. Bake the roll for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, take off the aluminum foil, and return to the oven for another 15 minutes or until the bacon is golden brown. Let the roll rest before slicing and serve with guacamole, pico de gallo, and parsley.
