Ingredients: 500 grams puff pastry; 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese; 1 tablespoon oregano; 1 tablespoon butter; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped; 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced; 4 cups Eva® spinach, cut into strips; 1 cup serrano ham, cut into strips; 1/4 cups pine nuts; 190 grams cream cheese; salt and pepper; Eva® mix lettuce

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to a thickness of 3 mm, cut 3 rectangles of 20 x 10 cm, and place them on a baking tray. Place another tray on top and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano and bake for 5 more minutes.
