This homemade recipe is ideal for when your children refuse to eat vegetables, as you can roast the vegetables in the oven so that when liquefied, the flavor is perfect. Ingredients

  • 400 grams of ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon of ground garlic
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander finely chopped
  • enough of salt and pepper
  • 2 slices of FUD® Turkey Ham Care-t +
  • 2 slices of Manchego type cheese slice round FUD® Care-t + cut into squares
  • 4 pieces of tomato In quarters
  • 2 pieces of carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1 piece of red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 piece of White onion chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic with the peel
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • enough of sea salt
  • enough of black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • enough of parsley finely chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (392F)
    For the meatballs, in a bowl mix the ground chicken meat with the garlic and onion powder, the parsley, the cilantro, the salt and pepper.
    With your hands, form the meatballs and fill with turkey ham and manchego cheese type round slices FUD® Care-t +. Reserve.
    Place the tomato, carrot, red pepper, onion and garlic on a baking tray and sprinkle with olive oil. Season with coarse salt, black pepper and bake 20 minutes or until the vegetables soften.
    Once the vegetables are roasted, blend with the chicken broth and oregano until you get a smooth sauce. Reserve.
    In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the meatballs until golden brown. Add the sauce and cook over low heat until the meatballs are cooked and the sauce thickens. Serve with chopped parsley.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with chopped fresh parsley.

    TIPS

    Roasting the vegetables in the oven will make your sauce taste better.
