Preparation
In a pan place the oil and fry the steaks a little with salt and pepper to seal them.
Next place all the pieces in the pan and add the tamarind syrup, Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce, honey and the cup of water. Let it boil a little and add the tablespoon of chicken broth.
Add the fruit, let it boil for about 10 more minutes and once ready you can serve it on a plate with a little white rice.
