Recipe prepared with beef steaks and seasoned with BBQ sauce, tamarind sauce with honey and fruits such as mango, jicama and peach. A different and delicious dish to share.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 beef steak
  • 1/2 cups Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce
  • 1 cup tamarind syrup
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 1 cup jicama, chopped
  • 3 peaches, match in squares
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chicken soup

Preparation

In a pan place the oil and fry the steaks a little with salt and pepper to seal them.
Next place all the pieces in the pan and add the tamarind syrup, Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce, honey and the cup of water. Let it boil a little and add the tablespoon of chicken broth.
Add the fruit, let it boil for about 10 more minutes and once ready you can serve it on a plate with a little white rice.

PRESENTATION

Remember that the presentation of any dish is very important, as the saying "of sight is born love", place the piece of steak on a plate bathe with the sauce and add a little fruit.

TIPS

The steaks are sealed so that when they are cooked, they remain juicy.
