A recipe to change the classic spicy pork for a juicy and colorful one.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo Pork Meat, cooked and shucked
  • 1 cup meat broth, of pork
  • 8 chili peppers, color
  • 1/2 cups orange juice, natural
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Preparation

The chiles are cooked in water until they soften, let stand 3 minutes and liquefy them with the orange juice. Finally strain that mixture, reserve.
In a saucepan put a teaspoon of hot oil, pour the mixture of chilies and let stew.
Add the broth and meat, let reduce. Season with salt if necessary.

PRESENTATION

It can be accompanied with white rice, served on toast or to make some delicious cakes.

TIPS

It is good to have cooked meats and ready in the freezer. Chilli sauce can be made in advance and frozen.
