Preparation
For the meatballs, cook the FUD®Chopped Bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Mix chicken meat with bacon, salt and pepper in a bowl to your taste. Shape the meatballs, fill with FUD® Ham and a little FUD® Grated Cheddar Cheese.
Bread the meatballs by passing them through egg and bread crumbs.
Heat a pot over medium heat with oil and fry the meatballs until well done. Drain on absorbent paper and reserve.
For the sauce, heat a pan over medium heat with the oil and fry the garlic with the onion, the tomatoes, the chile serrano, when they are brown, fill with the broth and cook for 15 minutes, remove from the stove and blend with the cilantro, reserve warm.
Serve your meatballs over the green sauce as a mirror and enjoy.
