Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 package Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®
  • 4 roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 guajillo chilies
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
  • 150 pork rind
  • 150 grams Oaxaca cheese

Preparation

Remove the seeds and veins to the guajillo chile.
Cook the tomatoes in a pot with water and a little salt. Add the onion, add the garlic and add the chiles. Once the vegetables are cooked, place them in a blender glass and grind them.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the crackling. If you have very large pieces, break the pork rind with a wooden ladle. Add the sauce and stir.
Crumble Oaxaca cheese.
Heat the flour tortillas. Add cracklings and add cheese. It serves.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a clay dish.
