Spinach Quesadilla with Drunk Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® Less Fat®
  • 1 glass of clear beer
  • 200 grams of fresh cheese
  • 1 tooth of Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 3 pieces of chile serrano
  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
  • 2 pieces of tomato
  • 100 grams of spinach
  • to taste of Salt

    Preparation
