Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortilla, Less Fat®
  • 1 glass lager beer
  • 200 grams fresh cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 onions
  • 3 serrano peppers
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 grams spinach
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Grill the vegetables.
Blend the vegetables.
Fry the sauce and season.
Add the beer.
Sauté the onion, garlic and spinach.
Slice the fresh cheese.
Place the Tortilina® Tía Rosa® Menos Grasa® on a comal, add a little of the preparation to the center.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a wicker basket.
