6 portions
  • 400 grams fusilli pasta, From Luigi
  • 1 1/2 kilos pork rib, and skirt cooked, fried
  • 1/2 liters sauce, BBQ
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 onions, in cubes

We cook our luigi fusilli pasta in 4 liters of salted water and a piece of onion for 15 minutes remaining al dente, drained and reserved.
Our ribs are already cooked in a wok and we set them to fry with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Once golden brown, remove from the heat and place in a container with absorbent paper and remove excess fat.
We let stand and varnish with our bbq sauce the ribs, in the wok where we fry our meat we put our pasta of the modern luigi speciale fusilli and add the rest of the bbq sauce, we wrap since our pasta has an excellent consistency and we add the meat .
In another pan, place the onion and the peppers to caramelicen as garnish.
To place it, place a volcano of peppers and onions in the center of the plate.

It can be served individually or by placing the source of our luigi fusilli pasta with the meat in the center of the table and on the side a salad bowl with caramelized peppers and onions and a touch of each dish with praline. And ready it is served
