Preparation
Cut the shrimp into butterfly and reserve.
Blend lemon juice with mango, habanero pepper and salt.
Marinade the shrimp with the previous mixture about 20 minutes.
Serve aguachile with purple onion, manzano chili, jalapeño pepper, fresh mango cubes, coriander leaves and finish with a few drops of olive oil.
Serve with fried pita bread.
