Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cubes of Knorr® Tomato Seasoning
  • 6 cups of Water
  • 2 carrots peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1/8 of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic bare
  • 12 clams squeak clean
  • 2 dried chile de árbol peppers
  • 400 grams of medium shrimp

Preparation

Add water in a pot and when it starts to boil, add the cubes of Knorr® Tomato Seasoning Tomato.
Add the carrot, onion and garlic.
After 5 minutes of cooking, add the clams and chilies.
Let cook 15 minutes and in the last 5 minutes add the shrimp.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep dish.

TIPS

If any of the clams do not open after cooking, discard them.
