Shrimp broth is a traditional Mexican recipe that is served hot and usually before eating seafood. For this Shrimp and Clam Broth we add a little clam concentrate that gives it a more intense and delicious flavor.

Enjoy this rich Shrimp and Clam Broth with some toasts with guacamole and a few drops of lemon. Serve this broth before a rich fish with salt. What else would you accompany this shrimp broth with?
