For lunchtime prepare these fantastic breaded breasts, they will be super crunchy thanks to the double breaded they have. Accompany them with a delicious green sauce, Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® Whole Grains and Oaxaca cheese. They are spectacular.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 50 grams White flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams ground bread
  • 100 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 4 green tomatoes, Cooked
  • 1 garlic, Cooked
  • 1/8 onions, Cooked
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground pepper
  • 6 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® Whole Grains
  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredding

Preparation

Cut the chicken into strips and crush it, first passing flour, egg and finally the bread twice.
Heat the oil and fry the breast strips until they are cooked and browned on both sides.
Blend tomatoes, garlic and onion (without water) and fry with very little oil; add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® Whole Grains and place the chicken strips, the Oaxaca cheese and the sauce.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with Mexican rice and cilantro.

TIPS

You can microwave for a few seconds to brown the cheese.
