Alfredo chicken with spinach

Try this rich chicken stuffed with goat cheese, spinach and gratin with mozzarella cheese. It is creamy on the inside, very juicy and easy to prepare. Ideal for lunch or dinner, accompanied by a fresh white wine.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 cups of spinach
  • 1/2 Cup of goat cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of chili seeds
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast pitted and skinless
  • 4 pinches of Salt
  • 2 pinches of Pepper
  • 2 pinches of paprika
  • 1/3 of Cup of mozzarella cheese grated

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the spinach until the liquid evaporates and add the goat cheese and chili seeds. Cook 3 minutes and reserve.
    With the help of a sharp knife, make cuts in the chicken breasts transverse lengthwise without crossing completely, with a cm of distance between the cuts.
    Fill each cut with the spinach mixture and season the breasts. Add paprika and cover with mozzarella cheese.
    Place the breasts in a baking tray with aluminum foil and bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked. Serve immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with salad.

    TIPS

    You can omit the chili seeds.
