This chicken Alfredo with spinach is one of the most popular recipes. Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 cups of spinach
  • 1/2 Cup of goat cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of chili seeds
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast pitted and skinless
  • 4 pinches of Salt
  • 2 pinches of Pepper
  • 2 pinches of paprika
  • 1/3 of Cup of mozzarella cheese grated

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the spinach until the liquid evaporates and add the goat cheese and chili seeds. Cook 3 minutes and reserve.
    With the help of a sharp knife, make cuts in the chicken breasts transverse lengthwise without crossing completely, with a cm of distance between each one.
    Fill each cut with the spinach mixture and season the breasts. Add paprika and cover with mozzarella cheese.
    Place the breasts in a baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked. Serve immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    You can omit the chili seeds.
