Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the spinach until the liquid evaporates and add the goat cheese and chili seeds. Cook 3 minutes and reserve.
With the help of a sharp knife, make cuts in the chicken breasts transverse lengthwise without crossing completely, with a cm of distance between each one.
