If your family likes meat dishes, this recipe can't be missing in your repertoire. The meatloaf is a simple and delicious preparation, where the taste is simply spectacular. Just imagine the rich flavor of the combination of pork, beef, mashed potatoes and cheese. Delicious!

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 500 grams of ground pork
  • 150 grams of bacon fried
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley finely chopped
  • 200 milliliters of tomato puree
  • 300 grams of Panela cheese
  • 500 grams of mashed potatoes
  • to taste of salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except the cheese).
Arrange a layer of meat in a oven proof dish, alternating with a layer of cheese cut into cubes. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 180ºC (356ºF)for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven. Uncover. Add the mashed potatoes and bake for 10 more minutes. Serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with spaghetti.

Hice la receta, pero en lugar de queso panela, utilicé queso mozzarella madurado, queda riquísimo, el panela es muy húmedo
