Meatloaf with Vegetables

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 branch celery, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons English sauce
  • 2/3 cups ketchup
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 2 eggs, milkshakes
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
  • to taste black pepper


Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
In a saucepan, sauté the onion with butter, garlic, celery, carrot, and echallot. Let them cook for 5 minutes and season with pepper and English sauce. Add the ketchup and let cook 1 minute, moving constantly.
In a bowl stir the vegetables with the meat, the ground bread, 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Broth Res flavor, the eggs and the parsley. Pour into a previously greased mold and add the remaining ketchup sauce on top.
Bake one hour at 180 ° C or until well cooked.


- To season your stews with meat, use 2 tablespoons of Knorr® Broth Res flavor (24g) for every 1.5 kg of the ingredients of your choice. - Makes 6 servings. - It is not necessary to add salt. - To make the steaks juicier, sprinkle Knorr® Caldo Sabor Res and cook with just one turn in the pan.

Una mejora La primera vez que hice el pastel me quedó un poco seco, así que esta ocasión le añadí media taza de cerveza y en la parte superior le puse tiras de tocino de cerdo. Quedó más que excelente.

A través de Android Deliciosa receta, cambie el pan molido por avena y el apio por tallo de brócoli. Aun así quedó excelente. En el último paso falta especificar la temperatura de cocción.
