Preparation
Cut the fillets into strips of equal size, like a finger thick and about 5 cm. long.
In a pan with a little oil, sauté the meat over high heat until golden. Remove from heat and reserve.
In the same pan; add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Cut the onion into julienne strips and sauté over medium heat for 10 minutes.
After this time add the mushrooms previously cleaned and cut to taste. Then add the white wine and cook over medium heat until the alcohol evaporates.
Add the milk cream, mix and salt to taste.
When the sauce is thicker, add the tenderloin that was reserved and cook 5 minutes approximately.
