Delicious recipe of loin stroganoff style; Russian preparation that is recommended to accompany with pasta, bread, rice or even French fries. It is very rich and perfect for a dinner or meal in which you want to look with everyone.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of beef tenderloin
  • 250 grams of mushroom
  • 250 milliliters of milk cream
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Cup of White wine
  • 1 piece of onion
  • enough of olive oil
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Cut the fillets into strips of equal size, like a finger thick and about 5 cm. long.
    In a pan with a little oil, sauté the meat over high heat until golden. Remove from heat and reserve.
    In the same pan; add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Cut the onion into julienne strips and sauté over medium heat for 10 minutes.
    After this time add the mushrooms previously cleaned and cut to taste. Then add the white wine and cook over medium heat until the alcohol evaporates.
    Add the milk cream, mix and salt to taste.
    When the sauce is thicker, add the tenderloin that was reserved and cook 5 minutes approximately.
