Delicious pacholitas (hamburgers) with a lot of flavor and little fat. Perfect for you to share with your family one Sunday afternoon, ideal to make them with charcoal and accompanied by rich potato chips or a delicious salad.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunches fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons liquid seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons English sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices manchego cheese
  • 50 grams lean bacon, chopped

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients with a fork or with your hands.
Divide the dough into two, then into four, until you reach 8 equal parts.
With each part, make a small ball and then crush them with your hands until they are half a cm thick (approximately).
Fry them in a nonstick skillet with very little hot oil, or on a grill.
When they are cooked and browned on both sides remove them and put a slice of cheese in each one.
Serve them accompanied by ketchup, with a salad or with the potatoes of your choice.

PRESENTATION

Serve them on a hamburger bun.

TIPS

The egg and the ground bread help the pacholas have consistency and do not fall apart when frying.
