Preparation
Mix all the ingredients with a fork or with your hands.
Divide the dough into two, then into four, until you reach 8 equal parts.
With each part, make a small ball and then crush them with your hands until they are half a cm thick (approximately).
Fry them in a nonstick skillet with very little hot oil, or on a grill.
When they are cooked and browned on both sides remove them and put a slice of cheese in each one.
Serve them accompanied by ketchup, with a salad or with the potatoes of your choice.
