Ingredients

  • 2 beef steaks, of good size or 4 of small or medium size
  • 1 avocado
  • tomatoes, big
  • French fries, to lafrancesa
  • salt, to taste
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • sauces, to taste

Preparation

The meat is cooked with salt to taste with little oil.
Fry the potatoes until they are ready.
Cut the tomato and avocado into large pieces.
Put on the tortillas, a steak or half a steak, large pieces of avocado and tomato, a handful of French fries, salt and sauce to taste.

PRESENTATION

Place the taco in a medium size single plate so that the taco takes up all the space and looks like a large toast, when you eat it, it already folds.

TIPS
