Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • flours
  • 1/4 of Cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 115 grams of prosciutto sliced ​​thin and chopped into pieces
  • 230 grams of mushroom without sliced ​​stems
  • 1/2 Cup of Marsala wine candy
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken soup
  • 2 spoonfuls of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 of Cup of parsley chopped
  • black pepper
  • Salt

    Preparation

    Put the chicken breasts on a cutting board and put some egapack paper on top. With a hammer of meat, flatten the breasts until they are thin.
    Put some flour on a plate and season with plenty of salt and pepper. Mix with a fork so that everything is stirred.
    Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
    When the oil is hot, pass the chicken breasts (on both sides) through the flour mixture and put the chicken in the pan.
    Fry the chicken for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
    Pass the chicken to another plate and reserve.
    Lower the heat of the stove to medium and add the prosciutto to the pan. Cook for 1 minute until the fat is released.
    Add the mushrooms to the pan and sauté until golden brown and release their liquids, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
    Put the Marsala wine in the pan and let it reduce and cook the alcohol, one minute.
    Add the chicken stock and cook for another minute so that the sauce thickens a bit.
    Add the butter and return the chicken breasts to the pan.
    Let boil for another minute until everything is hot and season with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
