Chicken Rolls in Chipotle Cream

Chicken rolls stuffed with cheese and ham in a rich, creamy and spicy chipotle sauce. Perfect to eat at home and enjoy a family meal.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1/2 kilos Chicken steak
  • 1/4 kilos Ham
  • 5 slices manchego cheese
  • to taste garlic salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 850 grams sour cream
  • to taste chipotle chili
  • 3 slices Pineapple in syrup
  • to taste pineapple syrup

Preparation

Cut the steak, ham and cheese into strips.
To each strip of steak place a strip of ham, a strip of cheese and roll it, secure with a toothpick.
Place all the rolls in a covered casserole add salt with garlic, pepper and kitchen until they change color. Fry all the rolls and reserve.
Mix the cream with the juice of the rolls, a little of the syrup of the pineapple and the chipotles.
Cook over low heat with the rolls and slices of diced pineapple.
Leave until the cream boils and thickens a little.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with red spaghetti and sliced ​​bread.

Do not cool the rolls so they do not harden.
