Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, yellow
  • 1 clove garlic, bare
  • 3 tablespoons English sauce
  • 10 tablespoons sauce, Huichol® Spicy
  • 1 tablespoon Seasoning juice
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoons jam, of Orange
  • 8 chickens
  • 5 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1 leave aluminum foil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
For the sauce: Top the onion, the lemon juice, the garlic, the English sauce, the spicy huichol sauce, the seasoning juice, the parsley, the marmalade perfectly.
Heat the oil in a large skillet and fry the chicken legs for 10 minutes.
In a deep girl tray, place the chicken legs and empty the previous mixture covering them perfectly.
Cover the tray with aluminum foil and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Once past the 30 minutes remove the aluminum foil and return the tray to the oven for 20 more minutes until the liquids evaporate and thus get the glaze taking care not to burn.

PRESENTATION

Serve all legs in a large platter at the center of the table.

TIPS

To know if the chicken is well cooked, pinch it with a knife and the juice should be transparent.
