Ingredients

6 portions
  • butter
  • flour
  • evaporated milk
  • carrots
  • canned peas
  • canned green beans
  • Tyson® Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • onions

Preparation

Mix the flour and butter in a pot at medium temperature. Cook until it turns golden.
Pour the evaporated milk, moving constantly to avoid lumps.
Chop the chicken, carrot and onion in small cubes in medium cubes and add them to the pot. Add the rest of the vegetables.
Let it boil for 10 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.

PRESENTATION

Serve the cream over a bowl and serve with a bolillo or baguette.

TIPS

You can replace the evaporated milk with milk.
