  • 90 grams chicken breast
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/2 red bell peppers
  • 1/2 green bell peppers
  • 1 Chile de árbol pepper
  • 1 cup black bean, Cooked
  • 1 branch epazote
  • 1/4 onions
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • sea ​​salt, to taste


Add pepper, cumin, salt and garlic salt to the breast. Cut it into strips and reserve.
Cut the peppers into strips. Slice the onion into slices. Cut the tree chili.
Add the oil to a pan at medium heat, add the peppers, onion. Once the onion is transparent, incorporate the fajitas. Cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
In a pot heat the beans and add the epazote, chile and sea salt. Serves accompanying the breasts.


Accompany with a green salad.


If you do not like spicy, do not use the chile de árbol.
