Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 zucchini, slice
  • 12 cambray onions
  • 4 boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 12 tablespoons tamarind concentrate
  • 8 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons Water
  • 6 tablespoons chicken bouillon cube, Granulated
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed
  • 1/4 cups vegetal oil

Preparation

Dip the vegetables in hot water with a little Knorr® Switzerland Granulated Chicken Broth for 1 minute. Drain and reserve.
Assemble the skewers by inserting zucchini, chicken and onions. Cook the skewers in a frying pan with oil until golden brown.
In a saucepan, mix the tamarind syrup, mayonnaise and water. Season with Knorr® Switzerland Granulated Chicken Broth. Heat over low heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Serve the skewers with the sauce and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

TIPS

You can sprinkle the skewers with flax or pumpkin seeds.
