Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 chickens
  • 1 kilo red tomato
  • 10 dried chile de árbol peppers
  • 100 grams peanut, bare
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 black pepper, girls
  • 2 cloves, of spices
  • 1/4 bread roll, optional
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

The chicken is cooked with 2 liters of water, a clove of garlic and a piece of onion, cooked once reserved.
The tomato is boiled with the chiles de árbol.
The chile is ground with the tomato, it is strained and the sauce is ground again with the peanut, garlic and onion, the spices and the bolillo.
In a saucepan put the tablespoon of oil, add the sauce and let it boil for 5 minutes, add the previously cooked chicken and add the salt, let it boil for 5 more minutes.

PRESENTATION

It is served in an extended dish, accompanied by white rice.

TIPS

If you roast the tomatoes and the chile before boiling, it gives a richer flavor.
